We enjoyed our visits to the Schipperhus. The fish dishes that we enjoyed from the Biebl couple's kitchen were excellent - not only in terms of the excellent preparation of pikeperch, plaice, cichlid, and even the often underrated herring. The taste was completely met and the side dishes correspond to this art of preparation: excellent vegetables made from beetroot, mashed potatoes with a secret recipe that you want to taste again and again, sauces that enrich the variety of flavors of the dishes with wonderful nuances, refinements, deepenings. The service in the restaurant corresponds to this quality, if it does not improve it. The siblings Brenda and Britney are competent, friendly and humorous. No question remains unanswered, the guests experience sensitive and inspiring advice. People love to come back here!

Apart from keeping your distance, no corona regulations are observed. No face mask, no table wiping with disinfectant when guests change, there is probably no Corona in the "Schipperhus"! When asked about the operation, about the mask, the answer came, you no longer need to wear a mask. Very dangerous and reckless. We had cichlid fillet and three kinds of fish. We haven't eaten so excellent in a long time! The fried potatoes - a pleasure, the mashed potatoes, just like mother's, the spinach leaves and the sauces you could choose.
